Take control of your personal information. Learn how to delete your data while keeping your StudyPal account active.
Deleting your data resets your learning progress and removes personal information, but keeps your account active. This action cannot be undone. Consider exporting your data first.
Log in to your StudyPal account using your credentials. You must be signed in to access data management features.
Go to LoginClick on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select “Profile“ from the dropdown menu.
In the left sidebar, click on “Privacy & Security“to access data management options.
Scroll to the “Delete My Data“ section, review what will be deleted, and click the button to start the process.
Your account credentials (email & password), account creation date, and any purchased courses remain active. You'll essentially have a fresh start with StudyPal.

Backup & recovery data
Legal compliance records
Aggregated analytics data
Download a complete copy of your data before deletion. This includes all your learning progress, certificates, and personal information.
Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection without deleting everything. Customize what information StudyPal can collect and use.
Your right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR is fully supported.
California Consumer Privacy Act rights are respected and implemented.
